1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by ABA 4 Love ("we," "our," or "us"), including our website at www.aba4love.com, online courses, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

ABA 4 Love provides:

• A 40-hour BACB-approved RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification training course
• Educational materials and resources related to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Books and supplementary training materials
• Community access and support services

3. User Registration and Accounts

To access our courses, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Payment and Billing

Our payment terms are as follows:

• The RBT training course is available for a one-time payment of $295 USD
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Payment is required in full before access to the course is granted
• Prices are subject to change, but any price changes will not affect existing purchases
• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)

5. Course Access and License

Upon successful payment:

• You will receive access to the complete RBT training course materials
• Access is granted for personal, non-commercial educational use only
• Your access is non-transferable and limited to the registered user
• Course access duration is subject to the terms specified at the time of purchase

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our services is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws:

• All course materials, videos, text, graphics, and other content are the property of ABA 4 Love
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content
• You may not share your account or course access with others
• Recording, downloading, or screen-capturing course content is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized

7. User Conduct

When using our services, you agree to:

• Use the services only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt the services or servers
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the services
• Not use the services to transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Respect other users and staff in all interactions

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ABA 4 Love provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis
• We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services
• Completion of our RBT course does not guarantee passing the RBT certification exam

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services if:

• You violate these Terms and Conditions
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• You share your account or course materials with unauthorized individuals

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Florida.

12. Modifications

ABA 4 Love reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
