ABA 4 Love offers a full refund within 15 days of your purchase date. If you are not satisfied with your course for any reason, you may request a complete refund within this period.

To be eligible for a full refund, the following conditions must be met:

The refund request must be submitted within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase

You must include your full name, email address used for the purchase, and the date of purchase

3. How to Request a Refund

Follow these simple steps to request your refund:

Include your full name, the email address associated with your purchase, and the purchase date

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days

Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method

4. Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

Refunds are processed through Stripe, the same platform used for your original payment
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
The exact timing depends on your bank or credit card issuer

5. Exceptions

The following situations are not eligible for a refund:

Requests submitted after the 15-day period from the purchase date
Certificates already issued — if a completion certificate has been generated for your account
Completed services — if you have fully completed the course
Supplementary materials — physical books or materials that have been shipped and delivered

6. Refund Amount

Eligible refunds will be issued for the full purchase amount. There are no restocking fees or administrative charges deducted from your refund.

7. Course Access After Refund

Any progress or data associated with your enrollment may be removed
